Educational Qualification for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2016:
4 year Engineering/ Technology Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Applications/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunications/ Electronics & Communication/ electronics & Instrumentation. Full time M.A. Economics and or M.Sc. Statistics/M.Com (Banking), or M.Sc./M.A. (Operations Research), or M.B.A. (Finance). Full time 2 years MBA/PGDM in HRM/Personnel Management / Industrial Relations/ HRD from recognized Institute/University. Full time 2 years MBA/PGDM (2 Years) in HRM/Personnel Management / Industrial Relations/ HRD from recognized Institute/ University including additional qualification in IT. A Bachelor Degree in Law. At present, initial monthly emoluments of Middle Management Grade/ Scale II and Scale III Officers, including DA, Special Allowance, HRA & CCA are approximately ` 49,585/- and ` 65,434/- per month, respectively in a Metropolitan Centre. Allowances may vary depending upon the place of posting. In addition, Quarters facility (in lieu of HRA) for Officers, Conveyance, Medical Aid, LTC and retirement benefits are admissible, as per rules of the Bank, in force from time to time.
