  • Officer Scale-I: 24 Posts
  • Ofice Assistant(Multipurpose): 41 Posts

Educational Qualification:

Degree in any discipline from a recognized University/ equivalent with Proficiency in local language. Candidates who have been declared qualified in the RRBs-Online CWE conducted by IBPS in September/ October 2014 should have obtained the following scores as given below notification.

Pay or Salary:

  • Officer Scale-I: Rs.28,000/-(Approx)
  • Ofice Assistant(Multipurpose): Rs.16,000/-(Approx)

Age:

Age limit should be between 18-28 years, candidates should not have been born earlier than 03-06-1986 and later than 31-05-1996 (both dates inclusive) for post Officer Scale-I, 18-28 years, candidates should have not been born earlier than 02-06-1986 and later than 01-06-1996 (both dates inclusive) for post Ofice Assistant(Multipurpose) as on 01-06-2014. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules of govt.

Selection Procedure:

Officer Scale-I: Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs – CWE – III conducted by IBPS in September 2014 and Personal Interview. Merit list of the candidates for final selection based on Total Weighted Scores (TWS) obtained by them in CWE of IBPS and Personal Interview will be prepared in descending order under each SC/ST/OBC/UR category.

Ofice Assistant(Multipurpose): Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs – CWE – III conducted by IBPS in October 2014 and Personal Interview. Interview Details:

The Interview will be held at the Head Office, Meghalaya Rural Bank, Shillong which will be advised in the call letters. The address of the venues will also be displayed in the Bank?s website one week before the dates for commencement of Interviews.
