Effective implementation of Administrative policies
Drafting & developing new policies on employee benefits, incentive plans etc.
Performance monitoring of the Sales team, sending communiques with regards to performance.
Preparation of report (Performance / Sales achievement, attrition reports etc.)
Over-seeing sales performance and sending regular feedback to sales team.
Need base communiques to department / employees.
Branding / Brand management initiate promotional activity to increase visibility of the company website management.
Preparation of Manuals for product training, inductions etc.
To develop strategies for automation and integration of HR processes and services using appropriate technology.
Co-ordinate with technology vendors for appropriate solution for automation.
Oversee basic administrative works like obtaining licences, filing returns and other company matters assigned from time to time.
Any other jobs assigned from time to time.
