Educational Qualification:

• Senior Manager (Mines) – The Candidate should be passed Full time regularBachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering Jobs from a recognized University/ Institute with minimum 60% of marks {50 % of marks for SC category candidates for the post of Dy. Manager (Mines) in E-3 grade} in aggregate of all years / semesters. Should have First Class Mines Manager Certificate of Competency restricted to open cast workings (metalliferous).
• Deputy Manager (Mines) – The Candidate should be passed Full time regularBachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering Jobs from a recognized University/ Institute with minimum 60% of marks {50 % of marks for SC category candidates for the post of Dy. • Junior Manager (Geology) – The Candidate should be passed Full time regular Post Graduate Degree in Geology or Applied Geology from a recognized University / Institute with minimum 60% of marks in aggregate of all years / semesters in graduation and post graduation
• Junior Manager (Environment) – The Candidate should be passed Full time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical Engineering Jobs with minimum 60% of marks in aggregate of all years / semesters.
• Asst Executive (Mine Survey) – The Candidate should be passed Diploma in Mining Engineering Jobs from recognized University / Institute with minimum 60% of marks in aggregate of all years / semesters. Should have Mine Surveyor Certificate of Competency issued by DGMS.

Age:

• Senior Manager (Mines) – The Candidate maximum age limit is 50 years
• Deputy Manager (Mines) – The Candidate maximum age limit is 40 years
• Manager (Electrical) – The Candidate maximum age limit is 45 years
• Junior Manager (Electrical) – The Candidate maximum age limit is 33 years
• Junior Manager (Geology) – The Candidate maximum age limit is 33 years
• Junior Manager (Environment) – The Candidate maximum age limit is 33 years
• Asst Executive (Mine Survey) – The Candidate maximum age limit is 30 years

Pay or Salary:

• Senior Manager (Mines) – The Pay Scale of Rs. 43,200-3%-66,000/-
• Deputy Manager (Mines) – The Pay Scale of Rs. 32,900-3%-58,000/-
• Manager (Electrical) – The Pay Scale of Rs. 36,600-3%-62,000/-
• Junior Manager (Electrical) – The Pay Scale of Rs. 20,600-3%-46,500/-
• Junior Manager (Geology) – The Pay Scale of Rs. 20,600-3%-46,500/-
• Junior Manager (Environment) – The Pay Scale of Rs. 20,600-3%-46,500/-
• Asst Executive (Mine Survey) – The Pay Scale of Rs. 16,400-3%-40,500/-

Fee:

Rs. 300/- (Rupees Three Hundred only). Fees must be deposited in “RINL-RECRUITMENT Account No.30589461220” at any of the core banking branches of State Bank of India in the prescribed Challan. No other form of payment is accepted.

Selection Procedure: The selection procedure will be made on the performance in interview
