LIC INDIA Recruitment 2014 – Assistant Administrative Officer Vacancies. Life Insurance Corporation of India popularly known as LIC is an Indian state-owned insurance group and investment company headquartered in Mumbai. It is the largest insurance company in India with an estimated asset value of INR1560481.84 crore. As of 2013 it had total life fund of Rs.1433103 crore with total value of policies sold of 367.82 lakh that year. The company was founded in 1956 when the Parliament of India passed the Life Insurance of India Act that nationalised the private insurance industry in India. Over 245 insurance companies and provident societies were merged to create the state owned Life Insurance Corporation.

Assistant Administrative Officers: 30 Posts

Qualification: Candidates who wish to apply for this post must posess the following skill and criteria: Qualified paper CT1 & CT5 plus four conducted by the university Actuaries, London Actuarial Society of India.

Age Limit : Interested candidates who are appearing for this post should have the age of 21 to 30 Years.

Pay or Salary: Selected candidates would be eligible to get the pay scale of around Rs.17,240 to 32,640/- Per Month.

Selection Procedure: Selection will be based on on-line test followed by a Personal Interview.
